Search Tickets

Overview

You can effortlessly find tickets using the search bar. The results display tickets containing your search term.

Search Tickets

Use the search bar to locate tickets in the whole account, a certain project, or a single location. Your search is limited to your current ticket view.

Search results are not displayed on a results page. Instead, they are shown in your current view; the view is filtered to show only tickets that match the search term.

Clear Search

Once you are done with your search and want to go back to viewing all tickets, you can simply clear the search bar:

  1. Click the x icon in the search bar to delete the search phrase

  1. Tap Cancel to delete the search phrase
