Overview
PlanRadar often uses tables to visualise data. Most of the tables work in the same way and offer various options to customise them in the Webapp. This is explained here using the Tickets List View table as an example.
Read more in View Tickets of a Project, Layer or Form in the Webapp.
Your settings will be saved separately for each selected Form for the Tickets List View table.
Sort by Column
To sort your ticket list by any column:
- Click on the column header e.g. Due date.
Click again to switch between ascending and descending order.
Change Column Order
To change the order of columns if a certain ticket field is more or less important to you:
- Drag & drop the column header e.g. Status to the desired position in the header row.
Change Column Width
To change the width of a column:
- Hover over the line between two column headers until you see the two arrow icon
- Drag & drop the line to the desired position in the header row.
Reset Column Width
To restore the original width of all table columns:
- Click Settings icon
- Click Reset column width
Show/Hide a Column
By default the ticket list view table displays all columns for all ticket fields related to currently displayed tickets.
To hide a single or multiple columns:
- Click the Settings icon.
- Clear the check boxes of the fields you want to hide.
- Optional: Clear the check box of Predefined and shared fields or another bold headline of forms to hide all fields of the respective group.
-
Optional: Use search to filter the list of ticket fields and forms.
Select the check boxes that you cleared before to show their respective columns again.
Select or Deselect All Columns
To show or hide all columns at once:
- Click the Settings icon.
- Click Deselect all to hide every column, or Select all to show them all.
By default all columns are selected, so the checkbox shows Deselect all. Click it to hide every column at once; the checkbox then changes to Select all, which reselects every column — the Predefined and shared fields plus all fields from every form.
Scrolling in Tables
If the contents of your table are too large to fit on your screen, scroll bars will appear. Use them or your mouse wheel to scroll horizontally or vertically.
Depending on your operating system (e.g. Mac OS) some scrollbars might be hidden.
