The differences between our subscription plans are summarised below.
The basic plan is for small businesses with a single project manager overseeing operations.
- All the standard features around ticketing and working with plans.
- Basic report templates based on tickets with limited customisation possibilities.
- Email support within 72 working hours.
If you need more than one in-house user license or more than 10 plans, look at the other subscription plans.
The starter plan is for small to medium sized businesses who have multiple project managers overseeing operations.
- Includes the same features like the basic plan.
- For each user license you increase the number of supported plans by 30.
- Email support within 48 working hours.
The pro plan is for medium to large sized businesses who want to make use of nearly all the features that PlanRadar offers.
- For each user license you increase the number of supported plans by 100 and the number of BIM-models by one.
- Email support within 24 working hours.
- Dedicated training with a product specialist.
- Included advanced features:
- Custom Template Builder: Create fully customisable templates for reports based on tickets.
- Basic Document Management: Efficiently store, organise, and access project documents within the platform.

Monthly vs. Annual
You can opt for monthly or annual billing cycles, depending on your preference. You save more than 10% with annual billing.

To ensure uninterrupted access to PlanRadar, your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. This means you can continue using our platform without any disruptions.
Your invoices are saved in your account and can be access and downloaded by the account owner.

Upgrade & Downgrade
If your situation and project management needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan by contacting our sales team.
For both monthly and annual packages, you have the freedom to upgrade your subscription at any time. Whether you need additional features, increased user licenses, or expanded storage capacity, you can seamlessly transition to a higher-tier plan to meet your growing needs.
Monthly subscriptions can be downgraded by the end of the month. Annual subscriptions need to be downgraded 2 months before automatic renewal.
Before you ask for a downgrade, make sure you don't exceed any limits for plans/BIM-models and users with the new subscription plan. Keep in mind that some features will not be available anymore.
If you wish to cancel your PlanRadar subscription, the process is straightforward.
Please follow the steps below:
- Check your contract for the notice period
Before proceeding with the cancellation, review your contract to determine if it includes a notice period. It is specified in the signed offer and can vary. The notice period is typically one month before the end of the subscription period.
- Contact Support via Email
To initiate the cancellation process, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, clearly state your request to cancel your plan and provide any relevant details or information required for identification.
Our support team will promptly attend to your cancellation request. They will guide you through the necessary steps and provide any additional information or assistance you may need. Rest assured that our team is committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free cancellation experience for you.
Please note that the cancellation process may involve adhering to the notice period specified in your contract. It is advisable to initiate the cancellation well in advance to allow for any required notice period.
