Overview
To get started with ticket reports consider reading fundamentals about Ticket Reports first.
You can create ticket reports from one or multiple tickets. In both cases you can choose a custom template or just use a simple standard format for your report.
Also see View Generated Ticket Reports.
It is also possible to Export Tickets to Excel in the Webapp.
Access & Permissions
You need an in-house user with a role permission to view tickets and the user permission 'Tickets & Project Reports'. Read more in Permissions.
Subcontractors can only see assigned tickets and, therefore, can only create reports for those tickets. Read more in User Types.
