Overview
This article provides a concise guide on effortlessly navigating the PlanRadar login process, including steps to easily log in, establish auto-login preferences, and access your account with added security measures.
Log in
To get to the login page of the Webapp you have three options:
- Follow this link: planradar.com/login
- or go to planradar.com and click the login button in the top right corner
- or click Sign in in your invitation email
- Enter your email address
- Click Continue
- Enter your password
- Click Log In
- After opening the App tap Sign in
- Enter your email address
- Tap Continue
- Enter your password
- Tap Login
Login with Two-Factor Authentication Enabled
To log into your PlanRadar account, go to planradar.com/login. Then:
- Enter your email address
- Click Continue
- Enter the one-time password that appears in your authenticator application
Login with PIN Code Activated
When logging in with the PIN code option activated, your mobile phone prioritises using the Face ID/Finger Print that are stored in your phone. You can use these options or your PIN code.
Here's how to log in with the PIN Code activated
Login with Face ID
- Open your PlanRadar App
- Tap Use Face ID
Login with PIN Code
- Open your PlanRadar App
- Tap Use Face ID
- Fail to provide Face ID
- Tap Cancel
- Enter your PIN Code
- Tap Confirm
Login with Finger Print
- Open your PlanRadar App
- Use your finger print
Login with PIN Code
- Open your PlanRadar App
- Enter your PIN code
Save Log in Details
To save your log in details into our platform, go to planradar.com/login. Then:
- Enter your email address
- Click Continue
- Select the remember me checkbox
- Select a duration
- Click Log in
Log out
To log out from your account:
Logout
- Navigate to Settings
- Click Sign out
Logout
- Go to the main menu
- Tap the Settings icon
- Tap Sign off
Use this option to only logout without deleting the synced data from your device. Next time you login, there's no need to sync your data again.
Logout & Delete Synced Data
- Go to the main menu
- Tap the Settings icon
- Tap Reset Content
Use this option when more than one person are using the same device. However, next time you login, you will need to sync your account.
