Overview
Add photos or videos while creating or editing tickets. Capture a single photo or video, or take multiple photos at once, then review and edit them before uploading. Alternatively, you can upload existing photos from your phone's gallery.
Taking new photos, videos, and voice recordings is supported by the mobile apps. Meanwhile, the Webapp only supports uploading existing documents and media files.
Read more in Add Attachments to a Ticket in the Webapp.
Access & Permissions
You need an in-house user with a role permission to create or edit tickets and the user permission 'Tickets & Project Reports'. Read more in Permissions.
