Overview
Use the Calendar view to get an overview of your tickets based on the date fields that are relevant to you.

Access & Permissions
The calendar view is available to all users with the user permission 'Tickets & Project Reports' including subcontractors and watchers. Read more in User Types.

How to access the Calendar View
- Click Tickets
- In the View drop-down select Calendar
Select Date Fields
Each ticket can have multiple date fields, such as 'Due Date', 'Created Date', or 'Updated at'. You can choose which date field(s) you want to display in the calendar.
To select a date field:
- Select the date fields you want to view.
Show/Hide List of Date Fields
To hide the list of date fields:
- Click the arrow button
To show the list of date fields:
- Click the arrow button
Open a Ticket
To open a ticket:
- Click on a ticket in the calendar.
- OR Click on a ticket in the list to the right.
Navigate in the Calendar
Select Month
Tickets of the currently selected month are displayed in the calendar and in the ticket list.
To select a month, you can use:
- Previous month
- Next month
- Date picker
- Jump to today
Show/Hide Ticket List
To hide the ticket list:
- Click the arrow button
To show the ticket list:
- Click the arrow button
Hide Empty Days in Ticket List
To hide days without tickets from the ticket list:
- Open the more menu

Select the Hide Empty Days in Ticket List check box.
