Overview
In the Webapp's list view, you can quickly change information of tickets in-line without opening the ticket.
Access & Permissions
Available only in Webapp.
You need an in-house user with a role permission to edit tickets and the user permission 'Tickets & Project Reports'. Read more in Permissions.
Quick Edit Ticket in List View
- Click Tickets
- Select List in View drop-down
- Hover over the text field
- Click Edit
- Enter your new text
- Click ✔ to confirm
Similar quick edits are available for the following field types: text, number, date, time and list. Only checkboxes are not supported.
