Hide your closed tickets to focus on your ongoing tasks.

Hide Closed Tickets

To hide closed tickets:

  1. Access Tickets

    Read more in View Tickets of a Project, Layer or Form in the Webapp and in View Tickets of a Layer in the Mobile App.

  2. Click More
  3. Select the Hide closed tickets check box

  1. Go to the main menu
  2. Tap Settings

  3. Activate the Hide closed tickets toggle
  4. Tap Done

Hiding closed tickets works in different tickets views; plan, list and schedule.
