Overview
Using the blue context bar you can define the context for your tickets and apply any filtering. With the grey toolbar you can create new tickets, configure the view, search tickets and more.
The toolbar is identical in the Tickets Plan View, Tickets List View and Tickets Calendar View.
Blue Context Toolbar
- Your selection in the Project and Layer menu defines which plan and tickets are displayed.

Grey Toolbar
- Create a Ticket
- Switch between plan view and list view.
- Your search term defines which tickets are displayed.
Read more in Search Tickets. - See the number of tickets that are currently displayed.
- Open the more menu to show further options.
- Select the Hide closed tickets checkbox as a quick filter.
