Overview
Tickets of any form can be added to a schedule. Tickets can be scheduled on the timeline like phases with optional start date, end date and duration.
Read the general introduction to Schedules, Create a Schedule and Create, Edit or Delete a Phase to get a basic understanding about this feature.
Within a schedule, tickets must have a parent phase and cannot have further sub-elements. Sub-tickets are not visualised in Schedules.
Access & permissions
Schedules is available to Pro and Enterprise accounts. Read more in Pricing and Subscription.
To create or edit schedules (modifications are only available in the Webapp) you need an in-house user with a role permission to manage schedules. Read more in Permissions.
How to access Schedule
- Click Schedule
Create a Ticket
To create a new ticket directly in a schedule:
- Open the more menu next to the parent phase.
- Click + Create ticket
All further steps of creating a ticket are describe in Create a Ticket.
