Sign, Annotate & Share Ticket Reports in the Mobile App

Overview

Add signatures, make annotations, and share reports directly from your mobile device.

All options are also available for Project Reports.

Access & Permissions

You need an in-house user with a role permission to view tickets and the user permission 'Tickets & Project Reports'. Read more in Permissions.

How to Access Ticket Reports

  1. Tap Ticket Reports
    Open Ticket Reports.png

Sign a Ticket Report

Add a Signature

To sign a ticket report. Open the report, then:

  1. Tap the pen icon
    Pen icon.png
  2. Tap the signature icon
    Signature Icon.png
  3. Sign
  4. Optional: select signature colour
  5. Tap Done

  6. You can save the signature for future use by tapping Store Signature

  1. Tap the pen icon
    Pen Icon.png
  2. Tap the signature icon

  3. Sign
  4. Optional: select signature colour
  5. Tap ✔
    Add Signature.png

The signature gets saved automatically and is available to be used later.

Move and Format a Signature

To format a signature after adding it:

  1. Tap the signature and hold it for a second
  2. Tap Inspector

  3. Format the signature

  4. You can also move the signature around the report by holding and dragging it 
  1. Tap the signature 
  2. Tap the colour icon at the top

  4. Tap X

  5. You can also move the signature around the report by holding and dragging it 

Delete a Signature

To remove a signature after adding it to the report:

  1. Tap the signature and hold it for a second
  2. Tap Remove

  2. Tap the trash icon

Add Annotations

You can add annotations to your ticket report to highlight some parts without the need to use external tools.

Add Drawings

To add drawings to the ticket report:

  1. Tap the pen icon
    Pen icon.png
  2. Tap the pen icon
  3. Tap the colour icon
  4. Customise your pen colour, size, opacity, and more

  2. Tap and hold the pen icon
  3. Select the drawing pen

  4. Tap the colour icon
  5. Customise your pen colour, size, opacity, and more
  6. Tap X

Add Highlight

You can highlight parts of your ticket report using the different highlighting colours. To do so:

  1. Tap the pen icon

  2. Tap the highlighter icon
  3. Tap the colour icon
  4. Customise your highlight colour, size, opacity, and more

  2. Tap and hold the pen icon
  3. Select the highlighting pen

  5. Customise your highlighter colour, size, opacity, and more
  6. Tap X

Share a Ticket Report

To share a ticket report:

  1. Tap the share icon
  2. Tap Share report

  3. Tap Page Range to select the pages you want to share

  4. Select which pages to include

  5. Tap Annotations to select how to include annotations in your report or to ignore them

  6. Select how you want the annotations to appear

  7. Tap Share
    Share Button.png
  1. Tap the more menu
    More Menu.png
  2. Tap Share
    Share.png
  3. Tap Share report
    Share Report.png
  4. Type the file name
  5. Tap Share
    Report Name.png
