Mobile Push Notifications

Overview

If you are using the PlanRadar mobile app, you can activate push notifications in your mobile app to stay up-to-date with your project.

Activate/Deactivate Push Notifications

To activate push notifications:

Push notifications in iOS are activated from the system itself and not from our app.

  1. Open Settings
    Settings.png
  2. Scroll down to the Apps section, and tap PlanRadar

  3. Tap Notifications

  4. Activate the Activate Notifications toggle

  1. Go to the main menu
  2. Tap Settings

  3. Activate the Enable push notifications toggle

Make sure to allow notifications for the app in your mobile settings. Read more about turning notifications on/off on Android.

Registered Events

Certain events trigger push notifications. Below is a list of the events you get notified of:

Tickets

  • Tickets created
  • Comment added to ticket
  • Attachment added to ticket
  • Attachment updated
  • Due date reminder (currently only supported on Android)

Tickets push notifications are sent to ticket creator, assignee, and receiver(s).

Projects

  • User added to project

This notification is sent to the user being added to the project.

Plans

  • Plan updates

This notification is sent to all users in the project.
