As part of the response, the chatbot can also provide useful links to the latest Help Center articles on the topic.
How to access the AI Chatbot
To access the AI Chatbot:
- Click the help icon in the bottom right corner
- Click AI Chatbot
You can also access the AI Chatbot from Settings > AI Chatbot.
Using the AI Chatbot
To use the AI Chatbot:
- Open the AI Chatbot
- Type your question into the chat
- Click the send icon or press Enter
You can ask as many questions as you want.
Move & Minimise the Chat Window
You can move the chatbot window around. To do so:
- Open the chat window
- Click and hold the six dots on the top of the chatbot window
- Move your mouse and the chatbot window will move with it
You can also minimise the chat so you can have a view of the full screen without closing the chat. To do so:
- Click the minimising icon on the top of the chat window
Close the Chat Window
To close the chat window:
- Click X in the top right corner of the chat window
Closing the chat window will not delete its content. The content is deleted when you log out or start a new session.
New Chat Session
Closing the chat window will not delete its content. So, the content would still be there when you reopen the chat window. However, to start a new chat:
- Open the chat window
- Click the chat icon with the plus sign in the bottom left corner of the chat window
