View Tickets of a Favourite Form via the Quick Access Menu

Overview

Quickly view tickets of a favourite form via the quick access menu.

The favourite forms are managed for the whole account, not by user. Read more in Manage Favourite Forms for the Quick Access Menu.

View Tickets of a Favourite Form

1. Hover over Tickets to see the quick access menu
2. Click the form

This will open the ticket view with the respective form selected in the Form dropdown menu.
