Overview
Access all your captured SiteView videos and 360° images via Document Management > SiteView Data.
There you can browse the images and videos through a generated folder structure: Layer → Run → asset-type (video / 360° images). Preview or download images. Download videos to your computer to play them locally.

Access & Permissions
SiteView Data is available in the Webapp on accounts that have SiteView enabled. You only see it if you have permission to view SiteView. Read more in Permissions.
How to access SiteView Data
- Click Documents.
- Click SiteView Data.
SiteView Data always shows the captures of the project selected in the project selector at the top of Document Management. There is no separate project switcher inside SiteView Data — to see another project's captures, change the project at the top of the page.
Browse Captures
SiteView Data mirrors the structure of SiteView as folders. At the top you see the project's layers. Inside a layer you find its runs, along with any manually captured 360° still images, which are grouped into folders by date.
To open the images and video of a capture:
- Click a layer (or sub-layer) to see its runs and still-image groups.
- Click a run or a date group to open it.
- Open the Video or 360° Images folder to see its assets.
| Folder | Contains |
| Video | A run's original and stitched video. |
| 360° Images | The 360° images of the capture — a run's keyframes, or the manually captured 360° still images in a date group. |
Only layers that contain captures are listed. Each run folder is named after its run; if two runs in the same place share a name, a date and time is added so you can tell them apart.
Read more about manually captured still images in SiteView 360 Still Images.
Preview and Download Assets
Click a 360° image to open it in the 360° viewer. Videos cannot be played in the browser — open a video and click Download to save it on your computer.
To download assets:
- Select one or more assets.
- Click Bulk actions.
- Click Download.
Sorting (by Name, Type or Date), search, filters, file details and the list/thumbnail toggle all work the same as they do elsewhere in Document Management.
Keep in Mind
SiteView data is read-only in Document Management. You can view, download, sort, search and filter it, but you cannot rename, move, copy, delete or upload SiteView files, and you cannot send them for approval.
To create or manage SiteView captures, use the SiteView module. Read more in View & Manage Runs.
