Overview
Attach PDF files to a project report in the Webapp to provide supporting documentation alongside the report content. When the submitted project report is shared as a PDF or printed, the attached PDFs are included after the photos. You can attach up to 50 PDFs per report.
To learn more about project reports in general, read Project Reports.
Access & Permissions
You need an in-house user with a role permission to create and edit project reports and the user permission 'Tickets & Project Reports'. Read more in Permissions.
Subcontractors also can create project reports and attach PDFs, but cannot see project reports created by others. Read more in User Types.
Attaching PDFs to project reports is available to Pro and Enterprise accounts created after February 2022. If you have an older Pro or Enterprise account contact us to upgrade your account.
