Statistics Boards
PlanRadar’s statistics feature allows you to customise how you want to visualise your ticket data and to create your own dashboards.
You can create an unlimited amount of statistics boards and each board allows you to create up to 8 charts where you can monitor different project statistics. To create a new board, click on ‘Create new board’ and then enter in a board title.
Adding a new chart
Once you have created a board, you can start creating charts. To do this, click on ‘Add chart’ found at the very top of your board or click on an empty chart spot.
Chart creation
Column chart
Column charts use vertical bars to represent data. They can work with many different types of data, but they are most frequently used for comparing information.
Bar chart
Bar charts work just like column charts, but they use horizontal instead of vertical bars.
Line chart
Line charts are ideal when you want to see your data over a period of time (i.e. Tickets created on).
Display size
You have the option to display your charts as ‘Half width’ or ‘Full width’. Half width will only take up one chart slot, and full width will take up two chart slots side by side.

Stacked bar chart/ Plot multiple line chart
Stacked bar chart
A Stacked bar chart will allow you to break down and compare the bars on the chart as a whole.
When you select the stacked bar option, you will need to select an additional field. This additional field will be shown as additional segments or categories within the bar. Different colours will be used to illustrate the different categories within the bar. For example, you can select assignee and then select ticket status to create a stacked bar chart showing the status of each team member’s tickets.
Plot Multiple Line chart
When you select the plot multiple line option, you will need to select an additional field. A multiple line graph shows the relationship between independent and dependent values of multiple sets of data.
