Here you have an overview of all projects in which you are a member of. Unlike the full version, functionality is limited for subcontractors. For this reason, you will see fewer functions listed in the menu bar.

The plan view
In the plan view, you can see the location of the tickets assigned to you on the digital map.
Click on the pin to see the ticket details.
For better illustration and overview, the tickets are categorized according to their status.

The list view
In the list view you scroll through the tickets of the respective project.
As a subcontractor you will only see the tickets you have been assigned.
To access the ticket details, click on the headline of the ticket.

Ticket detail view
Here you can see all the information about the ticket you have been assigned.
Unlike the full version, you can only as a subcontractor:
- State the progress.
- Change the status.
- Add photos and videos. (for further information go to chapter „IMAGES AND VIDEOS“)
- Add comments. (for further information go to chapter „COMMENTS“)

In the Project Reports tab, Subcontractors are able to create Project Reports on project they have been assigned to.
To create a new Project Report, first select the Project you are working on, then click on ‘Create Project Report’ and select a Project Report template.
Once you have selected a template, you will be able to fill out your Project Report. Some fields may have pre-populated project information or will prompt you to select from a pre-populated drop-down menu. Some fields may be open text fields which you can type in.
