Overview
Create ticket filters by describing what you’re looking for. Apply the suggested filter criteria, then adjust or save them just like manually created filters.
This feature goes hand in hand with Search for Tickets with AI Assistant.

Access & permissions
Creating ticket filters with the AI Assistant is available to Pro and Enterprise accounts created after February 2022. If you have an older Pro or Enterprise account, contact us to upgrade your account.
Available to all in-house users. Subcontractors and watchers do not have access.
How to Access the AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is available in the Webapp.
- Hover over the AI icon
- Click AI assistant
Create Ticket Filters with Natural Language
To ask the AI Assistant to prepare filters for you:
- Enter your request in the chat input field e.g. 'Create a filter for open tickets, assigned to me, due in 7 days'
- Click the send icon or press Enter
To apply the generated filters to your ticket view:
- Click Apply filters
- The filter criteria are applied just as if you had added them manually.
You can use the AI Assistant to adjust the criteria or do so with the normal filter UI or save them for later use. Read more in Filter Tickets.
