Overview
Add voice recording when creating or editing tickets.
Taking new photos, videos, and voice recordings is supported by the mobile apps. Meanwhile, the Webapp only supports uploading existing documents and media files.

Access & Permissions
You need an in-house user with a role permission to create or edit tickets and the user permission 'Tickets & Project Reports'. Read more in Permissions.
Subcontractors see only assigned tickets and always have permission to add attachments to them. Read more in User Types.
Add a Voice Recording
Continue here after you Create a Ticket or View & Edit a Ticket.
You can attach only one voice recording to each ticket.
To add a voice recording:
- Tap +
- Tap Add voice recording
- Tap Start recording and talk
- Tap Finish recording
- Optional: Tap Replace if you want to delete the recording and start again.
- Optional: Tap Trim to cut the beginning or end of the recording.
- Tap Save
There is no specific recording time limit except your device's memory.
