Overview
Specify the projects in which you want a ticket report template to be available. Also see Manage Ticket Report Templates.

Access & Permissions
To restrict ticket report templates to specific projects, you need an in-house user with the user permission 'Templates'. Read more in Permissions.
How to access Ticket Report Templates
- Hover over Templates
- Click Ticket Reports
Restrict Templates to Specific Projects
By default each ticket report template is available in all projects.
To specify in which projects the template should be available:
- Select the Limit access to projects checkbox
- Click Select projects
- Select the checkboxes of the desired projects
- Click Save
Keep in mind that it is also possible to define which users (all, in-house or only author) can use a template, as described in Create Basic Ticket Report Templates > Visibility and in Create Advanced Ticket Report Templates > Visibility.
