View & Manage Favourite Files/Folders

Overview

Add files or folders to your favourites to access them quickly on all your devices.

How to access Document Management

  1. Click Documents

  1. Tap Documents in the main menu

Add to favourites

To add a file or folder to your favourites in list view:

  1. Click the empty star icon

To add a file or folder to your favourites in grid view:

  1. Open the More menu
  2. Click Mark as favourite

  1. Tap More
  2. Tap Mark As Favourite

View favourites

To view all your favourite files and folders:

  1. Click Favourites

  1. Tap Favourites
  2. Recognise favourite files and folders by the star icon

Clicking on a file in favourites opens it directly and you remain in Favourites.
Clicking on a folder in favourites opens the folder in All files or Documents by layers.

Remove from favourites

To remove a file or folder from your favourites in list view:

  1. Click the filled star icon

To remove a file or folder from your favourites in grid view:

  1. Open the More menu
  2. Click Remove from favourites

  1. Tap More
  2. Tap Remove From Favourites
