Access & permissions

How to access Schedule

  1. Click Schedule

Create a Ticket

To create a new ticket directly in a schedule:

  1. Open the more menu next to the parent phase.
  2. Click + Create ticket

  1. Tap Schedule.
  2. Tap ⋮ on the card of the parent phase.
  3. Tap Create ticket.
The phase card menu with Create ticket and Add existing ticket in the mobile app
  4. Fill in the ticket. The Schedule section shows the Parent phase you started from. You can't change it here.
The Create ticket form with the Schedule section showing the locked parent phase in the mobile app
  5. Save the ticket.

The ticket is linked to the phase and appears in it.

Add Existing Tickets

  1. Open the more menu next to the parent phase.
  2. Click + Add existing tickets
  3. Search for tickets and select the checkboxes of one or multiple tickets
  4. Click Save
  1. Tap Schedule.
  2. Tap ⋮ on the card of the parent phase.
  3. Tap Add existing ticket.
  4. In Add tickets, search for tickets and select one or more.
The Add tickets picker with search and a selected ticket in the mobile app

You can link up to 10 tickets at once.
